The plan is a part of a new urban quarter in the town's southern part. The site is located on hilly land, adjacent to an archeological site.

The project considers all environmental and programmatic aspects, creating a unique concoction of residential and public spaces.

The plan was presented to the designated committees and served as a pilot for other sites in the quarter.
