B/2, Beit Shemesh

The residential area is a part of the new Beit Shemesh. The neighborhood resides on several hills - with deep valleys between them - arranged on an east-west axis.

A main street connects the different parts of the project, with "gates" that lead to each neighborhood. The planning emphasizes the landscape connection between the existing forest and the planned boulevards and the views to and from the neighborhood.

At a later stage, a part of the plan was revised by a private entrepreneur.
