Description
The center was designed as a hub, integrated into a residential area, and including commercial spaces, offices, clinics, a supermarket and underground parking.
The building is situated on the neighborhood's central avenue that culminates in a vibrant urban square.
The structure embeds a multi-purpose space that ties its wings and bridges different heights.
The lobby, which opens into the square, is protected by metal shadings that run all the way up the building, making other cooling devices redundant.
