Residential Units, Beit Shemesh

The residential buildings were designed for the religious sector and are planned to meet its unique requirements. The plan allows for a controlled expansion of the housing units, with minimum harm to the facades of the buildings. The buildings are located on hilly topography and use the differences in height to offer accessibility, parking, etc.

The architectural design of the buildings offers sukkah balconies as a part of the topographic or structural layering.
