The planned site is a part of a new urban area in the north of Kiryat Gat. In accordance with the principles of the master plan, the site will merge public structures, commercial areas and green axes. The site will be constructed on both sides of an urban boulevard and will end in a roundabout. The boulevard and the roundabout will feature commercial colonnades. The public plots at the center of the residential areas will include elementary schools, kindergartens, day-care centers, synagogues and green spaces. Most 8- and 20-story buildings will be concentrated along the boulevard, with lower buildings and detached and semi-detached homes at their back. A large space for public buildings is allotted at the north of the area, including an educational center (high school and a community center) in accordance with the master plan.

The project was planned by Yaar-Korin Architects.
