Description
The planned business zone lies on the northern bank of the Ayalon River, in the area of Or Yehuda.
The plan is comprised of a surface of 300 dunam on the banks of the Ayalon River, including 500,000 meter that will include offices, commercial zones and leisure areas.
The project was planned by Yaar-Korin.
